The people of Texas murder 60,000 babies every year while the prolife politicians we’ve elected to protect them attempt to regulate the practice of child sacrifice as if it were healthcare instead of addressing it as murder. The governing authorities of our state possess the moral, legal, and constitutional duty to establish justice for all human beings within their jurisdiction, including the preborn fatherless by prohibiting the slaughter of children in the womb. Contrary to widespread misinformation, the right to murder humans is not protected by the Constitution and our legislature is not bound by any law or duty to aid or abet the Supreme Court in their attempted perversion of it. On the contrary, they are duty bound by their oaths to support, obey, and defend the United States Constitution and oppose such perversions and abuses of it. We demand that our legislators stop passing laws to regulate abortion. We demand the total and immediate abolition of human abortion.

Join us in opposing this evil which robs over 60,000 Texans of their lives every year. Get in the fight.

Kristine, this was a magnificent presentation! It was well-planned, coherent, cohesive, and it offered much practical Biblical advice on how to do this ministry. Just like your stories/accounts of speaking to abortive-minded mothers, each part held my interest and made me want to see what was coming next. You are equally as good of a speaker as you are a writer--and that is no mean feat! 🙂

Rance Bennett, how practical is this man's comment about changing the charter? I personally think major opposition would come out of the woodwork and would be constantly challenged in court.

If your charter can be amended by the people. Then you can amend to zone out the facility. It’s just a matter of signatures to remove planned butcherhood.

Abolish Abortion TexasAs a Christian, what about Romans 13? We should obey Romans 13, but our application is different than ancient Rome. We do not live in a dictatorship. We live in a constitutional republic where we the people elect our representatives. In the United States, the Constitution is the “governing authority,” and “every soul,” including those on the Supreme Court, should be “subject” to it (under God). Indeed, obeying Romans 13 is what we the people are calling on our elected representatives to do.

"Let every person be subject to the governing authorities..... Pay to all what is owed to them: taxes to whom taxes are owed, revenue to whom revenue is owed, respect to whom respect is owed, honor to whom honor is owed." That includes abolitionist activists. 😕

In light of yesterday's news of Supreme Court Justice Kennedy’s retirement, we ought to be reminded that we should not place our trust in courts nor look to courts to permit the most fundamental right to life. Republicans in Texas should not hold their breath for the advent of a more conservative SCOTUS that will strike down Roe. Remember, only one sitting justice has ever voted against upholding Roe. We need to stop placing our trust in courts and justices acting outside their constitutional purview.

Where the supreme court ignores the constitution, we should ignore the supreme court. The legislature in Texas should not wait to end abortion until a more comfortable political environment arrives. The time for justice is now.

I have a hope that Trump will appoint true abolitionist judges, unlike Republicans before him. He is a different President than the RINOs before him. But will legislatures have the B@!!s to pass the needed overturning Roe legislation that leads to the Supreme Court.

RPT Presentation
At the 2018 RPT convention, attorney Bradley Pierce was invited to give testimony before the Legislative Priorities committee regarding abolishing abortion in Texas. In this video, Bradley clearly lays out the duty of the state to protect all life and the failures of the last 45 years of legislating abortion. He argues that where the courts have ignored the constitution, we as a state ought to ignore the courts. This video offers 12 minutes of rock-solid arguments for this cause. Why so surprised? This is only to be expected from biblically unqualified justices such as Kavanaugh and the remainder of those brood of vipers, thanks to Article 6's Christian test ban: "...The Bible stipulates, among other things, that judicial appointees must be men of truth who fear Yahweh and hate covetousness. (See Chapter 5 “Article 2: Executive Usurpation” for a list of additional Biblical qualifications.) The United States Constitution requires no Biblical qualifications whatsoever. Nowhere does the Constitution stipulate that judges must rule on behalf of Yahweh, rendering decisions based upon His commandments, statutes, and judgments as required in Exodus 18. That not even one constitutional framer contended for Yahweh,3 as did King Jehoshaphat, speaks volumes about the framers’ disregard for Him and His judicial system: 'And he [King Jehoshaphat] set judges in the land throughout all the fenced cities of Judah, city by city, and said to the judges, Take heed what ye do: for ye judge not for man, but for Yahweh,4 who is with you in the judgment…. And he charged them, saying, Thus shall ye do in the fear of Yahweh, faithfully, and with a perfect heart.' (2 Chronicles 19:5-9)...." For more, see Chapter 6 "Article 3: Judicial Usurpation" of free online book "Bible Law vs. the United States Constitution: The Christian Perspective" at www.bibleversusconstitution.org/BlvcOnline/biblelaw-constitutionalism-pt6.html. For more regarding Article 6's Christian test ban, see Chapter 9 "Article 6: The Supreme Law of the Land" at www.bibleversusconstitution.org/BlvcOnline/biblelaw-constitutionalism-pt9.html.
